When Uroš Perić (Radivoje Raša Bukvić) is driving on a business trip to Montenegro, he’s caught up in a traffic accident where a young girl, Besiana (Elizabet Brodić) tragically dies. When Uroš wakes up in the hospital, he finds out that she was the daughter of the biggest Balkan "narcobos" Dardan Berisha (Arben Bajraktaraj). In the quest to escape the vendetta against his family, Uroš is forced to become a killer for Dardan’s. Dardan gives him besa, a solemn and sacred oath, meaning that after he has committed five murders (as many as Uroš has within his family, including himself) he will be free again.
