Our House

Simon Ashdown's adaptation of the international best-selling literary thriller by Louise Candlish.

Our House tells the story of Fiona Lawson (Tuppence Middleton) who arrives home one day to find removal men on her doorstep and strangers moving into her house. With all her family’s possessions and furniture nowhere to be seen, Fi believes there’s been a huge mistake and insists her home isn’t for sale. With events spiralling beyond her control, we feel her panic rising as she can’t reach estranged husband, Bram (Martin Compston).

As she reflects upon the safe space in which she and her family had made a life together, Fi begins to peel back the layers of her relationship and discovers her husband has also disappeared. With her life shattered, she realises the secrets and lies have only just begun, but her husband isn’t the only one with things to hide…

Based on the best-selling novel by Louise Candlish, Our House is a taut, compelling thriller about the disintegration of a modern marriage and a property obsessed society gone awry. It explores every couple’s worst nightmare, that you can build a life, a marriage, a home and then one day it can all just be snatched away.

Other cast includes: Rupert Penry-Jones, Weruche Opia and Buket Komur. Writer: Simon Ashdown.

Our House is a Red Planet Pictures production for ITV. The series is distributed by ITV Studios.
