Michelle joined us from BBC Wales, where she was Head of Development. Prior to this, she worked at Wall to Wall Media, Talkback Thames, and Company Pictures, where she was Associate Producer and Script Editor on Shameless.
Michelle is also an author and has published four thrillers, including international best-seller, The Girlfriend.
